Rather hand me the manual of don't s a and do's 

For once stop splling the beans 

Stop trlling the truth and just be the fake you  

For once stop being there when i need you

And start treating me like dirt and trash too 

For once stop loving me 

And the way you'd do 

And start hating me the way i'd myself do 

For once stop bringing down my walls 

And start wrestling till i can't move 

For once stop me from speaking 

And tape me up according to your whims and woes

 

For once  don't let me fly

And clip my wngs till your pleased too
